DO NOT BE LATE. Plan for a lot of traffic. Please see important information below:

Driving to the Stadium and parking:

All staff must enter and exit the stadium using Gate A. The address to the stadium is 1000 Vin Scully Ave Los Angeles CA 90012. For most games (except opening day March 27th) you may park in Lot 1.

When you enter through Gate A, stay all the way to the right and just let the Security staff know you're with Royalty Ambulance and you provide the medical care. They will let you in and there is no fee to park. Remember that you represent Royalty Ambulance and the Dodgers, so act appropriately when you're on the property and in uniform.

First Aid:

First aid is located on the 8th floor in the Reserve Level. After parking in Lot 1, you'll need to walk to Lot O (only use Lot O) to enter the level where first aid is located. At the end of Lot O, make a left and walk all the way down past the elevator and First Aid is to your right.

Uniform and Appearance:

Clean shaved (mustache allowed), in full uniform with a navy blue undershirt (no white undershirts). Boots clean without scuff marks. No accessory pins on shirt or jacket unless previously approved by the Company in writing. NO VISIBLE TATTOOS (must be covered with sleeves or natural skin color adhesive) No facial earrings. No five-o-clock shadows. Hair must be pulled back, away from face and not touching your collar. Don't walk up to first-aid and then attempt to put on your uniform. You will be sent home without pay.

Conduct:

While at post, your focus must be on the section you are responsible for, ensuring patron safety. Your focus must not be on the game because it will end up being a distraction. You may not be on your phone and you are not allowed to sit. You will be provided a 30 minute break where you can sit and relax. ALL BACKPACKS MUST BE LEFT INSIDE THE BREAKROOMS AND ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY ON THEY GURNEY. YOU MAY KEEP A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU.

Paramedics:

You will need to check in with the Supervisors in First Aid and pick up your golf card keys and radio. Whomever is posted in the Ambulance will need to have two radios: One to keep on Channel 17 and one to keep on Channel 28.  Remember that your radio call sign in "Player Paramedics"

Command Post will be doing radio and physical checks to ensure that all police and EMS personnel are where they are supposed to be.  MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR RADIO ON AND SET TO THE CORRECT CHANNEL. Please note, if you do not answer by the second request for service by Command Post "CP", a LAPD Sergeant and Royalty Ambulance Supervisor will be dispatched to your location to investigate why you're not answering.

Ongoing Updates:

  • CP (Command Post) is doing radio and surveillance checks regularly on you. You need to pay attention to the radio always, and know what your call sign in is. There were some crews who did not answer the radio on the first two hails, and had to be told to answer by the LAPD Sgt. Not Good.

  • When you arrive at first aid, grab your radio and start your equipment checkout. This is not the time to start fraternizing. After you do your checkout, ask for your post assignment and start making your way to it.

  • Only Royalty Ambulance hats are allowed. Only Royalty Ambulance issued Uniform allowed.

  • The stadium is no longer providing us with meal tickets. Pack a lunch.

  • When dispatched to an emergency by CP, repeat the call back to them to confirm the location. Do not just say "Copy"
