Thank you for your interest in our company. We are currently looking for applicants who can work at least 30-40 hours per week, with weekend availability, and have an Ambulance Drivers License (before first day of Orientation). Please see our testing process below:

The Written Test is multiple choice. The exam is not meant to trick you or to quiz you on technicalities. All the questions are directly correlated to the LACo. EMS Scope of Practice and has been reviewed and approved by our Medical Director.

 

The Practical Exam is not meant to trick you. The exam is designed to be passed by a newly certified provider. The exam is evaluated by using LACo. EMS criteria. The goal of the exam is to evaluate assessment, knowledge, and thought process.

 

The Lift Assessment is not an intensive or long process, it can be completed by men and woman of all statures. It is a pass or fail assessment, and is meant to evaluate physical strength & safety.

For #1, #2, and #3, you may wear appropriate fitness/gym attire (use modesty). However, bring a set of business professional clothes to change into for the Interview. You will have access to restrooms to change in private.
